2. Quotes, Orders, and Project Information

Quotes are based on the information, files, drawings, photos, dimensions, materials, tolerances, deadlines, and other project details you provide. If the project scope, design, file quality, materials, or requirements change, pricing and timelines may change.

We may decline projects that are unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or outside our capabilities.

3. Customer Files and Designs

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit, use, manufacture, reproduce, or modify any files, models, drawings, scans, photos, designs, trademarks, logos, or other materials you provide to us.

By submitting files or project materials to Zagnat, you give us permission to use them only as needed to evaluate, quote, manufacture, revise, communicate about, and complete your project.

4. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the original files, designs, and materials you provide to us. Zagnat keeps ownership of our website content, processes, internal files, estimates, workflows, custom tooling, and any materials we create independently unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Accuracy, Fit, and Use

3D printed, scanned, or modeled parts may have limitations based on material, process, geometry, tolerances, finishing, heat, load, chemical exposure, UV exposure, and intended use. Unless we agree in writing, you are responsible for testing and approving parts for your specific application.

Zagnat does not guarantee that a part is suitable for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, automotive, structural, food-contact, electrical, or regulated uses unless that requirement is clearly disclosed and accepted by us in writing.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be provided with your quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Work may require full or partial payment before production begins. Late or unpaid invoices may delay delivery or future work.

7. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing. Shipping carriers, supply issues, file revisions, material availability, machine downtime, and customer response times may affect project schedules.

8. Cancellations and Revisions

If you cancel a project after work has started, you may be responsible for time, materials, setup, design work, printing, scanning, modeling, finishing, and other costs already incurred. Revisions may require additional fees.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malicious files, scrape content without permission, or use the website for unlawful activity.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may link to or use third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, social media platforms, file transfer tools, or other services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. No Warranty
