    Which files can I send?

    Upload STL, OBJ, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, 3MF, PLY, ZIP, PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. You can attach up to 5 files, with a maximum of 100 MB each. Only STL files currently have an immediate browser preview.

    Why do I need to confirm the units?

    STL geometry does not include a reliable unit setting. A model drawn in inches can be much too small if read as millimeters. Confirm the intended dimensions before using the preview measurements.

    What if my model needs repair or conversion?

    Send the file and describe the intended result. We can review whether CAD modeling, mesh repair or conversion is needed before printing; that scope is confirmed with your quote.

    How is my quote calculated?

    We review material, machine time, supports, preparation, finishing, quantity and the project requirements. File volume or dimensions alone do not capture every production cost.

    What your 3D printing quote includes

    An STL upload and preview help communicate the shape and intended size. The final quote can also include file preparation, modeling changes, production and finishing where agreed. Explain whether you need a ready-to-print file produced as supplied or help resolving the design first.

    The $200 project minimum is not a flat print price. Geometry, dimensions, quantity, materials and finishing affect the estimate. If you do not have a model yet, start with a custom-project request and send sketches or photographs.
