Design Process

  1. Share part drawings, scans, or physical samples along with machine details and tolerances.
  2. Receive initial pricing guidance by email within 24-48 hours once sufficient information is provided.
  3. Review and refine the 3D model until the fixture meets functional requirements.
  4. Export final files ready for fabrication.

Project Fit

This service suits low-volume production runs, assembly stations, inspection setups, and custom workholding where off-the-shelf solutions do not exist. It is not intended for high-volume stamping dies or certified aerospace tooling.
